BAU is a private university established in 1998. The location of BAU “In the heart of Istanbul” is very suitable for the famous Bahçeşehir University where the main campus is located on the Bosphorus side in the area “Besiktas “, where life begins there every day early with fast moving and continues vibrant throughout the day. The university is also characterized by the high level of student activities in order to lead the student to live a life of educational and cultural pleasure.
BAU provides its students with the chance to receive education in many different parts of the world through various agreements and collaborations. Moreover, it does this in different cities where BAU Global member institutions such as Berlin, Toronto, Washington DC, Batumi, Cyprus, Hanoi, Kiev, Pueblo and Brockville are located. The “International Office” unit provides all program-related support to students who want to continue their education at BAU Global campuses. At BAU, you have the opportunity to take a course related to your department in Istanbul or Berlin, Batumi or Washington DC at member institutions of the BAU Global Education Network. You also have the opportunity to apply for BAU’s summer abroad programs towards the end of each academic year. Moreover, BAU Global’s summer abroad programs are open not only to our own students, but also to students from all over the world!
